I had a delightful stay at this spa hotel. The customer service was exceptional, and I loved how the staff engaged with my family, making us feel right at home. The pool area was gorgeous and perfect for relaxing, while the food options at the restaurant surpassed my expectations. However, the gym facilities were somewhat limited, and I wished for more variety in the dining choices during dinner.
